Here’s a posh cocktail experience I had recently at Dukes Hotel in London. Dukes happens to hold the reputation of making the best martinis in Britain. Everyone knows my slightly worrying martini habit. So standards were high. Dukes lived up in every respect. This was one cracking martini.
The Crush Quickfire returns and we put Tamlyn Currin, the lovely lady behind Jancis Robinson’s Purple Pages, in the hot seat! Here’s a rather fun pic of us (she’s on my right) on a press trip together to Istria, Croatia earlier this year (is my colleague Simon trying to hit me in the head with a shovel…?!).
