A Peak into Presenting

Seeing as a great deal of my precious weekends (and some weekdays) over the past three months have been taken up by running masterclasses at food and wine festivals, I thought I’d give you a little peak into what life as a presenter at these things is like.  Here is a clip of the very first masterclass I did at the Real Food Festival on the wines from Burgundy and Douro, and cheese/ham from Parma.  But please be gentle with me—it was my first one.
